If you want to add your own company logo to the 360 Feedback feedback report then this is the right tool for you. When you set up an account you have the option of adding a logo to. your company profile. Once added your logo will appear on the front page of the report.

Leader 360-degree survey

Aimed at senior managers & leaders. This 360 degree survey measures 12 key competencies from a range of key stakeholders (e.g. Self, Boss, Colleagues, Direct Reports etc.). Each survey takes approximately 15 minutes to complete and the 'Focus' of the feedback can either choose their own raters or they can be selected by the administrator of the 360 degree survey.

Aimed at first line managers and rising talent, this 360 measures 12 key competencies and focuses on feedback from Self (Focus), Boss & Others. Each survey takes approximately 15 minutes to complete and the 'Focus' of the feedback can either choose their own raters or they can be selected by the administrator of the 360.

Performance 360-degree survey

Aimed at employees at all levels, this 360 degree survey measures 4 key competencies and focuses on feedback from the Focus' Manager and a select group of 'Others'. Each survey takes approximately 15 minutes to complete and the 'Focus' of the feedback can either choose their own raters or they can be selected by the administrator of the 360.
