Leader 360°

Aimed at senior managers & leaders. This 360 measures 12 key competencies from a range of key stakeholders (e.g. Self, Boss, Colleagues, Direct Reports etc.). Each survey takes approximately 15 minutes to complete and the 'Focus' of the feedback can either choose their own raters or they can be selected by the administrator of the 360.

Coaching 360-degree Appraisal

Aimed at first line managers and rising talent, this 360 measures 12 key competencies and focuses on feedback from Self (Focus), Boss & Others. Each survey takes approximately 15 minutes to complete and the 'Focus' of the feedback can either choose their own raters or they can be selected by the administrator of the 360.

Performance 360°

Aimed at employees at all levels, this 360 measures 4 key competencies and focuses on feedback from the Focus' Manager and a select group of 'Others'. Each survey takes approximately 15 minutes to complete and the 'Focus' of the feedback can either choose their own raters or they can be selected by the administrator of the 360.
