You are about to start a Critical Reasoning Test.

This test consists of passages, that convey information or present a point of view. Each passage is then followed by a statement and your task is to determine whether the given statement follows logically from the passage.

There are 5 different types of questions:

  1. Inferences: For these questions you must determine whether each given statement is either 'true', 'probably true', 'cannot tell', 'false' or 'probably false' based on the information provided in the statement.
  2. Assumptions: For these questions you must determine whether each given statement is an assumption made in the statement.
  3. Deductions: For these questions you must determine whether each given conclusion logically follows from the statement.
  4. Interpretations: For these questions you must determine whether each given conclusion logically follows from the statement.
  5. Arguments: For these questions you must determine whether each given argument is strong or weak based on the information provided.
