What Does the Visual Matching Test Assess?

Visual Matching is a game-based test of visual scanning and matching speed under time pressure. Two cards of eight symbols always share exactly one symbol, and candidates click it as quickly as they can. Wrong clicks count as errors, so the test measures the balance of speed and accuracy as well as sustained attention.
